Synopsis
Thursday nights (Saturdays for the first series) amongst the Welsh-speaking community used to mean this ready but decidedly rough-in-nature mix of games and the odd surprise - offered to the viewer by calling Cardiff 597557!
HTV later adapted the format to their own station with Telly Phonin' whilst S4C followed up Cyfle Byw with Bwrw'r Sul and Sul Y Ffôn.
Trivia
The title translates (roughly) as A Live Chance. Originally titled Cyfle (Chance) for the first series.
