Biography
Former teacher turned veteran broadcaster, who was headhunted to present schools programmes in Welsh for HTV.
That in turn led to continuity announcing and presenting HTV's Welsh-language news programme 'Y Dydd', followed by a slew of chat, quiz and travel shows in both Welsh and English during the 80s and 90s.
Trivia
She is the mother of Heledd Cynwal.
She served as High Sherriff of Dyfed from 2014-15.
