Each house is guided through by Kit Hesketh-Harvey and Katie Rabett where they show off the various bits and bobs that are in the house so that the contestants can get an idea of how much it's worth.

But being closer to the actual price is not enough, they have to be absolutely spot on the nose. So, they have a property expert to help the contestants with a few clues to get an idea of the price.

And if that's not enough, the price of the house is a multiple choice of four and if the couples choose the right one, they win £500, which means they can win a max of £1,500.

The third and final house is a little harder, which means there is a bonus prize for getting that one right. £500 of Homebase vouchers.
