Biography
Originally from Anglesey, Nia Roberts has been one of S4C's most familar faces over the last three decades. She has been involved with many light entertainment shows, including the short-lived Penwythnos Mawr, Twrio and her own chat show, Nia.
Nowadays best known as an arts broadcaster, she is one of the channel's lead anchors for events such as the Urdd, National and International Eisteddfodau.
She also gained European exposure as co-presenter of Gemau Heb Ffiniau.
Trivia
Previously known as Nia Chiswell - and married to singer-songwriter Huw Chiswell.
Nia is the sister of S4C sports anchorman Gareth Roberts.
Fronted the long-running Radio Cymru arts show Stwidio until its controversial axing in 2022.
