Nia Roberts
Biography
Originally from Anglesey, Nia Roberts has been one of S4C's most familar faces over the last three decades.
After making her name in youth output for HTV, she became a familiar face on light entertainment shows, including the short-lived Penwythnos Mawr, Twrio and her own chat show, Nia.
Nowadays best known as an arts broadcaster, Nia is one of the channel's lead anchors for events such as the National Eisteddfod.
She also gained European exposure as co-presenter of Gemau Heb Ffiniau.
Trivia
Previously known as Nia Chiswell - and married to singer-songwriter Huw Chiswell.
Nia is the sister of S4C sports anchorman Gareth Roberts.
Fronted the long-running Radio Cymru arts show Stwidio until its controversial axing in 2022.
