Long-running inter-regional general knowledge quiz broadcast as part of BBC Radio's Children's Hour. Appears to have grown out of the 1937 one-off Inter Regional Spelling Competition - at least, when the show marked its 21st birthday in 1958, it claimed that as its first edition.
