Biography
Bolton-born "ladette" whose big break was co-hosting C4's much-derided Girlie Show in 1994, but who became much better known first for presenting The Big Breakfast and then as host of the Radio 1 breakfast show from 2000 to 2004. Also been a regular voice on Radio 2 since 2011. In addition, she was the main host and voiceover on BBC2's social history series 'Back In Time For Tea' in 2018 and 'Back In Time For School' in 2019
