Biography
Vernon Kay got his first break into showbiz as a model before turning his hand to radio and TV presenting. He used to be a regular weekend "jock" on Wonderful Radio One and fronted Channel 4's yoof strand T4. Took over Ken Bruce's old mid-morning slot on Radio 2 in 2023.

Married to Tess Daly.
Depending on how you count these things, he may be the most prolific UK game show host of all, with his twentieth "main" credit here being for Dress the Nation in September 2024. His closest rival is Davina McCall, who we have down as being surpassed by Kay when Ten to the Top put him on 19, ahead of McCall's 18, though your interpretation may vary.
