Synopsis
Teams of three children go to the wilds of Wales. They do outdoors activities - climb rocks, raft a river, go down a zipline.
One task is scored for individual members, a second is scored between the two teams. The losing team picks a member of the winning team as the winner of each show.
Tudur Phillips hosts, accompanied by adrenalin-junci Ems Davies. It's a fast-paced programme, using portable cameras to capture shots of the children.
